Rural and residential zoning districts limit the maximum number, size, and height of accessory buildings and structures allowed on individual parcels.
One (1) tool shed not to exceed a footprint of 120 square feet is allowed. The tool shed shall not count towards the total number of allowed accessory buildings, or the total allowed building footprint as regulated below. Tool sheds are not subject to material or roof requirements as regulated below.
