Multi-Purpose Rooms

Located next to the Aquatic Center, the Cattail Room is a large space that accommodates events with more guests. You will find that this room is perfect for larger gatherings, seminars, presentations, meetings, and more.

Size: 1,000-1,300 square feet depending on room set-up.

Capacity: Seats up to 80 people. A $30.00 large group set-up fee will be added for groups needing 51-65 chairs, and an additional $20.00 large group set-up fee will be added for groups needing 66-80 chairs.

Price:

• Weekdays - $50 per hour for Members/Residents, $60 per hour for Non-Residents - minimum 2 hours
• Weekends - $75 per hour for Members/Residents, $85 per hour for Non-Residents - minimum 2 hours
  

Technology: Projector and Screen. Some Apple products may experience connectivity issues with the projector - please call 651-982-2469 to schedule a time to check for connectivity.

Please Note:

• The rental time should be inclusive of the entire time that you need the room, including set-up, decorating, and clean-up.
• You are allowed to decorate the room, but we do not allow anything to be taped to the wall or glittered. Balloons, table decorations, tablecloths, and free-standing decorations are all welcome. 
• We allow all pre-prepared or catered food. You can work with any licensed caterer to provide your food and have it brought in. We do not have any prep space or cooking facilities on site. 
• We ask that the room be left in the condition that it was when you walked in, and we will provide enough trash cans for the disposal of any food waste, paper, and decorations.
• The regular room setup includes a wall divider in the back of the room to section off our fitness and other equipment. This equipment can be removed to open the space to 1,300 square feet upon request.
