The Rookery Activity Center offers approximately 5,600 square feet of fitness floor space that has a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights, a dedicated fitness studio for fitness classes – the fitness floor and fitness classes are managed by Endurance Fitness of MN. The activity center  also has a 25-yard lap pool, zero-depth entry recreational pool with water feature and water slide, sauna, a gymnasium, a multipurpose room hosts a variety of programming for all ages, a rentable room space for birthday parties and meetings, a drop-in child watch area, and locker rooms for men, women, and families.

The Rookery is open to all Lino Lakes residents as well as non-residents. To use the facility, a membership or daily drop-in pass must be purchased. Memberships can be purchased month-to-month or annually. Those who are not members can purchase a multi-visit pass or pay the daily drop-in rate. The Rookery also accepts the following insurance programs: SilverSneakers, Renew Active, One Pass, and most health insurance reimbursement programs.
