Personal Training with Endurance Fitness
Endurance Fitness offers personal training with experienced, certified personal trainers ready to work with you to reach your fitness goals. Personal training can be done one on one or in small group settings. Training sessions can include but are not limited to, Pilates reformers, individualized workout plans, kettlebells, and TRX Suspension exercises.
Personal training packages are offered in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions and can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions.
You can purchase personal training with a trainer in mind or if you are unsure, we will be happy to match you with a trainer that best fits your needs. Once purchased, Endurance Fitness will contact you to set up your training session. We look forward to being a part of your fitness journey!

Pilates Reformer Training
Pilates Reformer offers a low-impact, full-body workout with various moves that challenge your balance, range of motion, strength, and flexibility while working your core the entire time. We offer beginner through advanced-level training, with progressions built into each class. Pilates Reformer has helped many people recover from an injury and sometimes can even prevent the need for surgery.
Pilates Reformer is offered in 45-minute and can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions.
Pilates Reformer Classes
Join a Pilates Reformer class. The classes will give you the same benefits of Pilates Reformer Training, but in a small group setting of 4 people and are held at a consistent time and date for 4-week and 8-week sessions at a time.
