Overview

The Lino Lakes Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) is comprised of private citizens and business owners who lend their business and management expertise to strengthen the business climate within the city.  The Committee's goal is to provide a balance of residential and business properties to stabilize the tax base in Lino Lakes while being respectful of the city's unique natural environment.  It is responsible for helping the City Council encourage the growth of new business and industry and offers support to existing businesses.

The EDAC has nine members appointed by the City Council.  Terms are for three years, with appointments made in January.
