Personal Training with Endurance Fitness

tempImageVNzIJiEndurance Fitness offers personalized training sessions with experienced, certified personal trainers designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals. Training can be conducted individually or in small group settings and includes specialized equipment and techniques such as Pilates reformers, individualized workout plans, kettlebells, and TRX Suspension exercises. Sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute formats and can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions. Trainer matching services are available, and newcomers can try a 45-minute introductory session to experience personal training before making a commitment.

Pilates Reformer provides a comprehensive workout that challenges balance, range of motion, strength, and flexibility while maintaining constant core engagement. This program offers beginner through advanced-level training with built-in progressions and has proven beneficial for injury recovery and prevention. Training is offered in two formats: small group classes with a maximum of 4 people held consistently for 4-week sessions, or individual training sessions available in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions lasting 45 minutes each.

The Rookery Activity Center partners with Endurance Fitness to offer 50+ fitness classes per week, featuring popular programs including Les Mills BodyPump™, BodyCombat™, BodySculpt™, BodyBalance™, BodyStep™, Yoga, OULA, Zumba, and additional specialty classes. Classes cater to various fitness levels and interests, providing structured group workouts in a motivating environment.

Experience Les Mills fitness classes on your schedule with the Virtual Immersive Studio Experience. This innovative format allows you to work out independently or with friends and family using video instruction from top Les Mills instructors. Classes include cycling, strength, and cardio options, with kids' classes also available. All equipment is provided, and classes are held in the Cattail Room. Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance by calling or visiting Guest Services at 651-982-2468.

The Rookery Aquatic Center offers a range of complimentary aqua fitness classes designed to elevate your wellness journey. Aqua fitness provides a refreshing and engaging alternative to traditional workouts with a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises performed in the supportive environment of water.
