Letters From Santa November 1, 2025 - December 14, 2025
Santa is waiting to send out personalized letters to boys and girls of all ages! Let us know who in your family would like to hear from him and we’ll take it from there! Registration online is super easy! Once you have registered, you will be asked several questions per participant.
Secret Holiday Shop - December 12, 2025
The Secret Holiday Shop is an opportunity for kids of all ages to do holiday shopping for their family and friends without their parents. Parents can purchase tickets and create a shopping list with their child upon arrival. Volunteers will assist children in selecting from a variety of gifts for purchase.
Royal Ball – February 6, 2026
Your little princesses and princes have been invited to our Royal Ball. Activities will include crafts, refreshments, and lots of dancing. All can dress in their favorite princess/prince costume or outfit.
Eggstravaganza Hunt – March 27, 2026
Hop into spring with this fun, family-friendly event! Kids will enjoy searching for eggs in the Rookery’s gym and activities in the Aquatic Center!
Wellness Fair – TBD
The goal of this event is to introduce different aspects of wellness and health to our community. Exhibitors will be house in our gym where you will be able talk to different agencies that serve our community ranging from physical to mental wellbeing.
Bobbing for Pumpkins – October 2026 TBD
Did you know that pumpkins float? Join us at the Rookery for this fun Fall event for all ages. We will have a pool full of pumpkins for picking! After you pick your pumpkin, our team will dry it off and prep it for our carving station. More Fall fun will be available in the Gym, where you can enjoy our bounce house and games. Each child will receive 1 pumpkin and a small goodie bag. Register now as space will fill quickly! All children must be accompanied by an adult. This event is Open-house style, and all activities will end at 8:00 pm

carecrow Crawl – October 2026 TBD
Enter our contest by creating and building a scarecrow along our pathway. Prizes will be handed out for voters favorites in the following categories: Business, Organization, Resident/Family and Mayor's Favorite. We will provide each entry with a pole to attach your scarecrow to. Builders must supply all of their own scarecrow supplies and decorations. You may also decorate the area around your scarecrow, just make sure all items are secured. Make sure your scarecrow is appropriate for all ages and audiences.
