Introduction to swimming
Basic swimming and self-rescue skills are taught in a safe and comfortable manner. Appropriate for new or apprehensive swimmers.
Level 2 - SWIM FOR FITNESS
Swim Stroke Skill & Endurance
Builds upon skills already possessed by individual. Lesson is based on individual swim goals. Must be comfortable in the water and able to swim one length of the pool independently (25 yards).
